PEN Loyalty Program
Performance Equine Nutrition is very grateful to our thousands of loyal customers. Every day we a happy to welcome new customers to the family as they place their first order. We are also thrilled to see orders from satisfied customers who are back to place their second order. On certain special days we see customers place order number 10, sometimes number 20, sometimes 50, and we even have folks who place order number 100! Amazing!! We are so tickled to be a part of your successes.
As an appreciation to our loyal customers we offer the PEN Loyalty Program. Here is how it works:
For every dollar you spend on our products you will receive 5 points. These points automatically tally and you can redeem them directly from your shopping cart. We make it as easy as possible to use the loyalty points by showing you exactly how many you have in your “My Account” as well as in the shopping cart. Just click the points to add them like credits onto your order.
Loyalty points continue to accrue with each order. If you do not redeem the points within a year, those points will expire. Make sure to use your points with each order so they do not expire. Autoship orders cannot be configured to use loyalty points but they definitely accrue points. If you’re one of the many on autoship, be sure to check in every so often to redeem your points. Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied retroactively towards previous orders.
