ShopPay Users: Update your payment method
Review Subscription Payment Method
Performance Equine Nutrition is discontinuing support for Shop Pay. If your subscription payment method is processed using Shop Pay, your payment will fail.
To ensure your subscription processes without any interruptions, please follow these steps to update your payment method:
- First, you'll need to log in to manage your account.
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile page to find the Payment Method section.
- If you see Shop Pay listed:
- Add a new payment method. You can use the same card previously linked to Shop Pay if you prefer.
- If you have multiple cards saved, delete the Shop Pay payment method or any other cards you no longer wish to use for your subscription.
