Save five percent on every shipment of selected PEN supplements when you subscribe.

Five Percent Subscription discounts apply to every qualifying subscription shipment (not just your first shipment). Discounts are subject to change and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery at the time it ships.

Shipping rates for subscription orders are based on current carrier pricing and are subject to change if shipping carriers increase or decrease their rates. Any shipping rate changes will apply to future shipments only.

You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails and account pages include links to manage your subscription, and you can also manage your subscriptions from your subscription portal.
